Class Schedule

We offer a variety of class times throughout the week to fit your busy lifestyle.

Monday–Friday:

• Morning Classes: 5:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m.

• Afternoon/Evening Classes: 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m.

Saturdays:

• Morning Classes: 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m.

• (Note: No more Noon class)

Sundays:

• Open Gym: 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Tuesdays and Thursdays Options:

You can now choose between DEKA programming and traditional CrossFit classes during any scheduled time.
